Roofing & Facades
The protection of the building is provided by the building shell. The Spenglerei Kling performs plumbing and waterproofing work in high quality and with long-term tested materials. Trained and experienced employees will be at your disposal during the construction phase.
Basically, we recommend double-skin roofs, facades and superstructures. This structure was formerly called a cold roof and is now referred to as a ventilated roof / construction. This system has proved to be the most functional in the alpine region in the area of pitched roofs and building shells, and thus as economically viable.
There is, if constructively required, the possibility of a single-shell, non-ventilated construction or an inverted roof. We would be pleased to advise you on possible designs and building physics solutions.
